Welcome to AIoT Chat Agent. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our chatbot platform and related services, including our Facebook Messenger integration. • Integrate chatbots with Facebook Messenger and websites

• Analyze conversation data and chatbot performance
• Customize chatbot responses and behaviors

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Log out from your account at the end of each session

3.3 Account Termination

All content provided by us, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interface design ("Our Content"), is owned by AIOT SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Our Content without our express written permission.

5.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

6. Facebook Messenger Integration

If you choose to integrate your chatbot with Facebook Messenger, you agree to:

• Comply with Facebook's Platform Terms and Policies
• Comply with Facebook's Messenger Platform Policy
• Only request permissions necessary for your chatbot's functionality
• Respect user privacy and handle user data in accordance with applicable laws
• Provide accurate information about your chatbot's purpose and capabilities
• Respond appropriately to user messages and requests

We are not responsible for any changes, restrictions, or limitations imposed by Facebook on its platform.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Pricing

Certain features of our services may require payment. Current pricing information is available on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7.2 Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

8. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• Our services will meet your specific requirements
• The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable

You understand that AI-powered chatbots may occasionally provide inaccurate or inappropriate responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any information provided by your chatbot.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIOT SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIOT SOLUTIONS CO., LTD., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
